USICON 2025 – Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- Delegates who want to cancel their registration must notify the secretariat in writing.
- Cancellation on or before 31st July 2025: 25% of registration charges will be deducted.
- Cancellation from 1st August to 1st September 2025: 50% of registration charges will be deducted.
- No cancellation or refund after 1st September 2025.
- No refunds on Accommodation & Workshop Charges.
- All refunds will be made by cheque after the conference.
